- liver - 0.5 Kilogram
- eggs - 2-3 pieces
- milk - 2-3 Art. spoons
- flour - 5-6 Art. spoons
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- vegetable oil - To taste
1. Scroll the liver through a meat grinder. Put in a bowl, add beaten eggs, flour and milk. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. 2. Preheat the vegetable oil in a frying pan. Pour the resulting mixture into a frying pan in the form of pancakes and fry until brown on one side. 3. Turn over and fry until done.
