In a small bowl, mix the lemon juice and 1/4 cup of cold water. Sprinkle gelatin on top and let stand for 2 minutes. Fill a bowl of ice water. In a small saucepan combine a mixture of gelatin, sugar and a pinch of salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring until the gelatin and sugar dissolve, about 4 minutes. Pour the mixture into a small bowl and put in a bowl of iced water. Stir until the mixture reaches room temperature, about 1 minute. Whip the cream in a large bowl. Pour the cooled mixture of gelatin into the whipped cream and mix with whisk. Divide the mousse equally between the four bowls and put in the freezer for 10 minutes. Serve mousse with blackberries. To make this dessert in advance, reduce the amount of gelatin by 1 1/2 teaspoons and put mousse in the refrigerator for 1 1/2 hours.
