Pizza with turkey This pizza is cooked without using tomato sauce. Onions and mozzarella give the dish juiciness, turkey and mushrooms - nutritiousness, arugula - refreshing the ready pizza and complements the palatable scale. Champignons, if they are freshest and snow-white, can simply be wiped with a napkin so that mushrooms do not absorb moisture.
