- Smorchki - 1 Kilogram (In a raw state, straight from the forest)

- Mayonnaise - 4 Art. spoons
Mushrooms soak in water for 15 minutes, so that the sand was washed off and snails that often are not visible. Change the water, cook mushrooms for 15 minutes, drain the water and cook for another 15 minutes. Drain the water, squeeze the mushrooms off the water. Mushrooms cut into small pieces, cut potatoes in circles and put it all on a baking tray. Potatoes sprinkle lightly with seasoning for potatoes or chicken broth. Cheese grate, mix with sour cream and mayonnaise. Spread this mass on top of our mushrooms and potatoes. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes (until golden brown) at a temperature of 180 degrees.
