For clarity, I show the ingredients we need. Celery, carrots and parsley root cut into small cubes, onions - finely, garlic - just clean and do not grind. We take a large frying pan or a cauldron, calcine in it olive oil. In hot oil, put the vegetables with vegetables and fry them in a quick fire for 3-5 minutes. When vegetables are softened a bit, we reduce the fire to medium, add peas in a frying pan. Cover with a lid and stew until the peas become quite soft (like canned). Add spices (salt, pepper, nutmeg). Now add to the vegetables frozen seafood, stir and simmer on medium heat for 10-12 minutes. Parallel to this, we cook until the basmati is ready. Ready seafood is mixed in a frying pan with rice and warmed for a couple of minutes over low heat. We serve immediately. Bon Appetit!
