- flour - 500 Grams
- powder for baking - 2 teaspoons
- soda - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
- salt - 1 teaspoon
- Butter - 120 Grams
- sugar - 240 Grams
- eggs - 2 pieces
- vanilla extract - 3 drops (or orange peel)
- yoghurt - 300 milliliters
- blueberries - 200 Grams
- Vanilla Sugar - 3 Teaspoons
- brown sugar - 5 teaspoons
Preheat the oven to a temperature of 190 C. Get special molds for baking cupcakes. Rinse thoroughly and allow to dry. In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, soda and salt. In another bowl, mix the butter (room temperature) with sugar with an electric mixer. Add the eggs one at a time. Then add the vanilla extract or add grated orange peel. Whisk the yogurt in an electric mixer, slowly (to avoid clumping), pour the mixture into the flour and butter, mix with the egg mass. Add blueberries and mix well with a spoon. Pour the dough into molds, sprinkle with vanilla and brown sugar. Bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
