Before proceeding to the exercises, apply a cream or serum to the area around the eyes. Try to make sure that during their execution, wrinkles and wrinkles are not formed.

A. Warm-up

Breathing is free. Eyes are open. Look up, then down; Repeat 3 times. Look to the right up, then left-down; Repeat 3 times. Look to the right, then to the left; Repeat 3 times. It is necessary to limit the function of closing the eyes from the side of the upper eyelid, thus setting a large work for the lower eyelid. Strive to close your eyes, pulling the lower eyelid. The upper is free, does not strain. The direction of the view should remain up all the time (and if it works out right)! Repeat 10-15 times. Take care not to form wrinkles!

C. Exercise for the upper eyelids

Put your fingers on the upper eyelids and press it gently. Look up (as if you are trying to roll your eyes), at the same time it is very easy to press your finger on your eyelids, creating resistance. Hold in the top position for 3-5 seconds, then relax. Repeat 10 times.

Elimination of wrinkles near the eyes

Open your eyes as wide as you can. Place your index and thumbs on the upper and lower eyelids, as in the photo. Middle finger pulls the muscles of the forehead up. Look straight and strain (pull) the upper eyelid down. Hold in this position for about 5 seconds. Hands remain in their original position. Look up and pull (pull) the lower eyelids up. Remain in this position for about 5 seconds. Relax. Repeat the exercises.

D. We raise the eye socket (to open our eyes and get rid of edema)

Raise the upper periosteum. Press elbows on the table and thumbs, pressing on the bone under the eyebrow, gently lift the inner edge of the eye sockets. Go through such images across the whole bone of the upper orbit of the eye in the direction from its inner corner to the outer one. Repeat 3 times. The pressure is not strong, there should not be any unpleasant sensations. We lower the lower periosteum. In the same position with your fingertips (more comfortable with three: the second, third and fourth) feel for the edge of the orbit.
