Prepare the ingredients - tomatoes and basil pom, garlic clean. Blanching tomatoes: we make cruciform incisions, we throw tomatoes in boiling water for 20 seconds. Remove the tomato peel. Cut each tomato into 3-4 parts, put it in the blender bowl. We grind everything to homogeneity. Finely chop the garlic. Fry garlic until transparent, from time to time mix. Fill the garlic with tomato puree. On slow fire bring the sauce to a boil, and then boil to the desired consistency. For a couple of minutes before the sauce is ready add the finely chopped basil into it. Ready sauce is cooled and served. Bon Appetit! :)
