Beef liver in sour cream sauce When there is a question about how to cook a liver, a liver is always a win-win option in the style of Stroganov. This dish is named after the Count Alexander Grigorievich Stroganov, who became a legend of the 90s of the 19th century. He invented a simple dish in the preparation, conveniently divided into portions, tender in taste and successfully combining the technology of French meat serving with sauce, with Russian flavor - the sauce is served not separately, but in the form of gravy.
Ingredients:- Beef liver 500g
- Onion 2 pcs.
- Sour cream 250 g
- Salt 1 tsp.
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 4 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 To prepare the beef liver in a Stroganov you will need: beef liver, onion, sour cream, salt, pepper and oil for frying.
- Step 2 Cut the onion into small cubes.
- Step 3 Liver, rinse, remove from tapes and cut into cubes 1-1.5 cm thick.
- Step 4 On sunflower oil fry the onion until golden brown.
- Step 5 Add the liver to the onions and continue to fry.
