We cut beef into portions for shish kebab. Sweet pepper we cut into such squares, which can then be threaded on skewers. We cut the zucchini into similar pieces. We put on our skewers our beef, pepper and zucchini. It is necessary to alternate pieces of meat and pieces of vegetables. We throw the chopped onion into the container in half rings. There also add finely chopped fresh basil. All contents of the container are salt and pepper. Now the key point is to fill the contents of the container thoroughly with quality olive oil. Thanks to this, the beef shish kebab will be soft. All the contents of the container are thoroughly mixed and sent to marinate. Shish kebab should be marinated at least 2-3 hours, and preferably - hours 7-8. Then fry our shish kebab in the usual way - on a well-heated hot coals, periodically turning over. When the shish kebab is covered with a crust - it can be removed from the fire and eat. The shish kebab will be very soft and juicy.
