Heat the grill to medium temperature, lightly grease the grill with oil. Prepare the rice according to the instructions on the package. Set aside. In a small bowl, mix honey and 2 tablespoons of pineapple juice with a whisk, season with salt and pepper. Pour the pork and sweet pepper on the skewers, season with salt and pepper.
