But it turns out, the opposite is true, the main thing is to have suitable recipes and, of course, the same technique, without which you will not get a healthy tasty dish. The development of the kitchen industry makes it easy to prepare these dishes. There are steamers with which you can easily prepare useful and delicious dishes. I'm offering you a recipe for cooking vegetables for a couple in a steam steam oven - Steam. This is not the name of the manufacturer, but the kind of cabinet, that is, the oven and the steamer in one. In this cabinet nothing escapes, nothing burns, and most importantly - the head and arms are free. But the most unbeatable is the quality of cooked food, rich in taste, vitamins and simple skill. Briefly described the miracle technique, and now I want to for the first time to show the simplest recipe of vegetables for a couple. All pleasant pastime!
Ingredients:- Pepper sweet 2 pcs.
- Salt 0.25 tsp.
- Chervil fresh 1 beam
- Parsley fresh 1 bunch
- Olives without seeds 150 g
- Carrot 2 pcs.
- Apple 2 pcs.
- Leek 60 g
- Broccoli cabbage 300 g
- Pepper black ground 2 pinch
- Step 1 Prepare the vegetables: apples, peppers, carrots, cabbage, leeks, olives, olive oil, parsley and chervil.
