Sift into a bowl of flour, cocoa (powder), salt and baking powder. Stirring. We put in a small saucepan pieces of chocolate and butter, melt over low heat. Actively mix, so as not to scorch. When completely melted - remove from heat. Mint with sugar is mixed with a blender or food processor until the formation resembles the consistency of wet sand. Add this mixture to the melted chocolate. Stirring. Eggs slightly beat and together with the extract of vanilla is added to the chocolate mixture. Now mix the chocolate mass with the flour dry weight from the first step. Stir until homogeneity, the resultant dough wrapped in food film and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour. An hour later, using a spoon for ice cream (or an ordinary spoon), we form beautiful balls from the dough. We roll each ball in sugar. Next, roll balls in sugar powder and spread on a baking sheet, lightly oiled with butter. We put in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes at 180 degrees. We get out of the oven, we cool it. We serve. Especially good this cookie is combined with coffee.
