1. In a bowl, mix vegetable fat, sugar, orange peel and vanilla with a mixer. Add the egg and whip. Add the milk and whip. 2. Sift the dry ingredients together, and then add to the milk mixture. Divide the dough in half (or three pieces, if you double your recipe), wrap it with waxed paper, slightly flattening, and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour (or freeze for 20 minutes). 3. During the cooling of the dough, beat the egg yolk, water and food colorings to make the egg glaze. You can separate the glaze between several bowls and add to each different dye. 4. Roll the dough on a lightly floured surface and cut out the shapes using molds. 5. Lay out the figures on a greased baking sheet. Decorate with egg glaze. 6. Bake the biscuits in the oven at a temperature of 190 degrees for about 6 minutes. Do not stick cookies. Extract the cookies from the oven and allow to cool. 7. Beat up the sugar powder, milk and egg whites (which are optional) to make the decorative glaze. 8. Then use a pastry bag to decorate the biscuits with white sugar glaze.
