- Step 1 For borsch we need smoked pork ribs, chicken wings (or any other part of the chicken carcass), potatoes, carrots, beets, beans in tomato sauce (you can take pre-soaked or canned beans), a steep broth with fat (chicken, beef, pork) - the example uses juice and fat from the preparation of boiled pork, tomato paste, fresh cabbage, cucumber brine or marinade for acid.
- Step 2 First we boil in a small amount of water for 10 minutes chicken. We merge the first broth, we wash the chicken and the pan (this is necessary in order to make out of the chicken meat supplements and antibiotics, which feed the bird).
