Ingredients:- Onions 1 pc.
- Pepper sweet 1 pc.
- Red beans 60 g
- Garlic 3 denticles
- Salt sea 1 tsp.
- Tomato juice 200 ml

- White cabbage 1 pc.
- Potatoes 5 pcs.
- Celery root 200 g
- Olive oil 3 tbsp. l.
- Carrot 1 pc.
- Water boiled 1200 ml
- Step 1 To prepare the borscht in a multivark, you need to take: olive oil, onion, carrots, celery root, sweet pepper, potatoes (medium-sized), celery root, 1/2 beans multistakan, cabbage (small head), garlic, beetroot (I 2 small), tomato juice (homemade), boiled hot water, salt.
- Step 2 Soak the beans. Boil beforehand.
- Step 3 At the bottom of the bowl multivarki (I have a Panasonic multivarka) pour 2 tbsp. l. olive oil.
- Step 4 Peel onion, cut into small cubes.
- Step 5 Grate the carrots. Add to the bow. Mix.
- Step 6 Clean the celery root. Cut into small cubes. Add to the vegetables. Put the bowl in the multivark. Close the cover. Enable cooking mode "Baking". Set the time to 15 minutes. Enable "Start".
- Step 7 In the meantime, cook the remaining vegetables: pre-cooked beans; wash, peel and cut the potatoes; wash, clean and cut into thin slices of sweet peppers.
- Step 8 Add the prepared vegetables to the bowl of the multivariate.
- Step 9 Add a bowl of multivarka to vegetables 1 liter of hot boiling water. Close the cover. Turn on cooking mode "Quenching". Set the time to 40 minutes. Enable "Start".
- Step 10 Meanwhile, we are preparing a dressing for borsch. To do this, you need to take olive oil, tomato juice, beat the beets with a thin short bar, chop the garlic finely.
- Step 11 At the bottom of the saucepan pour olive oil 1 tbsp. l., add chopped beets and garlic. Put on a slow fire. Hold, stirring, 5-7 minutes.
- Step 12 Add the tomato juice. Boil. Remove from heat.
- Step 13 Shred cabbage. Finely chop dill.
- Step 14 After the signal, open the multivark. Add refueling. Mix. Salt.
- Step 15 Add the cabbage and greens. Top up the boiling water with 200 ml. Close the cover. Turn on cooking mode "Quenching". Set the time to 20 minutes. Enable "Start".
- Step 16 After the signal, turn off the multivark. Open the lid. Borsch is ready. Add salt to taste. Carefully remove the bowl from the multivark.
- Step 17 Pour the borsch into a ceramic saucepan. Serve hot for dinner. To the borsch can add sour cream, garlic or onion green, pampushki.
