Fish with fragrant herbs Fish, cooked in this way, can be served to the festive table - it looks very elegant and appetizing! The aroma of spicy herbs, basil, mint, parsley, when baked, permeates the fish itself, making it taste spicy, and lime gives a special sourness. Instead of lime, you can use lemon, and I recommend using only salt from spices. I took the fish from the White Cupid, you take the one that you like best, the fewer bones there will be - the better it will turn out eventually. Garnish with rice or potatoes.
