Rice we put to cook, as indicated on the package (well, or just in salted water). In a frying pan in a small amount of oil on medium heat, fry the small turkey cut into small cubes and cut into thin rings of leeks. Fry until the chicken is covered with a small crust. Then put in the pan polka dots and sliced celery. We continue to cook, stirring, over medium heat. After 7-9 minutes, when the peas become soft, we add finely chopped garlic to the pan. A minute later add the brown rice cooked to the ready. Add the ground pepper and soy sauce. Stir well, warm up (rice must be sealed with the rest of the ingredients) and remove from heat. Done!
