- baguette - 1 piece
- olive oil - 3 items. spoons
- cloves garlic - 4 pieces
- fresh rosemary - 1 teaspoon
- apricot jam - 240 Grams
- crushed lemon peel - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Cheese Bree - 240 Grams
- crushed almonds - 1/3 Cups
Cut the bread diagonally into slices a little more than a centimeter thick. Mix olive oil, garlic and rosemary and blend with one side of each slice of bread. Lay the slices on the grill and fry over medium heat for 5 minutes until crisp and light brown, turning over once. Mix apricot jam and lemon zest. Put the mixture on the greased side of each bread slice. Put cheese and almonds on top. Grill for about 3 minutes until the cheese begins to melt. Serve the sandwiches warm.
