- Butter - 200 Grams
- sugar - 200 Grams
- sour cream - 200 Grams
- a packet of vanilla sugar - 1 piece
- powdered milk - 500 Grams
- Cashew - 300 Grams
Melt the butter in a frying pan with sugar. Intensively weaken the mass until it starts to bubble. Add the sour cream. Split the pieces and mix thoroughly. We lead up to a condition of foam and we remove from a plate. Pour the hot mass into a bowl and start whipping with a mixer. In the course of whipping, add milk powder and vanilla sugar. Whisk until very thick. If the mass is liquid, add more milk powder. In this case, it is important not to shift, otherwise it will turn out tasteless. The resulting mass is placed in a baking dish. We fall asleep on top with cashew nuts. Press the nuts with your fingers into the mass and put in the fridge for 1 hour or in the freezer for 15-20 minutes. When the sweetness is ready, put it into small cubes.
