Salad of white cabbage with nuts and prunes With the advent of early cabbage, our menu is enriched not only with fresh cabbage soup and other vegetable soups, but also with crispy, juicy cabbage salads with young carrots, early apples, and dairy garlic. As a rule, our fantasy is limited by this. But with cabbage, many other products are also perfectly combined. Try, for example, to make a salad of cabbage more nutritious, adding nuts and mayonnaise to it, and putting a finely chopped prune as a "raisin". The main rule for making a juicy cabbage lettuce - cabbage should be chopped as thin as possible, and let the salad mix with your hands, and not with a spoon, trying as much as possible to rub cabbage with salt. The recipe for salad from cabbage and prunes is good because it can be cooked all year round, even from the late cabbage varieties that can be stored until spring. In this case it will be necessary to try and shred cabbage especially carefully so that the salad turns out to be more tender and juicy. The perfect combination of taste, nutritional value and benefit makes cabbage and prune salad a welcome guest on our table both on weekdays and on holidays.
