Cabbage with pork Dishes from cabbage - a great variety. Perhaps, there is hardly any such vegetable, from which you can prepare as many salads, vinaigrettes, cabbage rolls with various fillings, stewed dishes and billets. One of the most often cooked dishes from fresh cabbage, is stewed cabbage. With what only it does not extinguish! It is possible with meat, it is possible with a bird, it is possible with mushrooms, and it is possible and only with carrots and onions. And it's always tasty and satisfying!
Ingredients:- White cabbage 500 g
- Carrot 1 pc.
- Onions 1 pc.
- Pork tenderloin 300 g
- Sour cream 2 tbsp. l.
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 4 tbsp. l.
- Vegetable seasoning 5 g
- Step 1 To prepare the dish, you need to take fresh cabbage, pork tenderloin, onions, carrots, sour cream, vegetable oil and vegetable seasoning.
- Step 2 Finely chop the cabbage.
- Step 3 Put the cabbage in a saucepan and add 0.5 cups of water.
- Step 4 Cover the pan and put the cabbage out until soft (about 15 minutes). Decoction to dissolve.
- Step 5 Peel the onion, cut it in half, and then each halve into thin semicircles.
- Step 6 Carrots clean and rub on a coarse grater.
- Step 7 Put the carrots and onions in a frying pan with preheated vegetable oil and put it under the lid until soft.
- Step 8 Combine the cabbage with carrots and onions, close the frying pan with a lid and simmer on low heat for 7-8 minutes.
- Step 9 Cut the meat into small cubes.
- Step 10 Fry the meat on warmed vegetable oil until lightly browned.
- Step 11 Connect the vegetable mass to the meat and mix.
- Step 12 Mix the mixture with sour cream and sprinkle with vegetable seasoning.
