Nests from pasta Thanks to the huge selection of such a popular pasta in the past, a lot of ideas arise in the head on the topic of how to prepare it and how to make it. Preparing the paste "nests", I always want to stuff it with something and decorate it - I offer you one of the options for making very delicate "nests". For them, any creamy sauce (I used a creamy mushroom), and instead of mozzarella balls you can put quail eggs.
Ingredients:- Fettuccine 300 g
- Cheese Parmesan 50 g
- Mozzarella cheese 100 g
- Olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
- Salt 1 tsp.
- Mushrooms champignons 100 g
- Onions 1 pc.
- Butter 50 g
- Salt 1 pinch
- Cream 300 ml
- Wheat flour 1 tbsp. l.
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 4 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 For the preparation of "nests" you will need: fettuccine in the form of nests, creamy mushroom sauce, parmesan and mozzarella, olive oil and salt.
- Step 2 To cook the pasta, place the nests in a deep frying pan, pour them with boiling water so that the water almost covers them whole, once the water boils again, salt and add olive oil inside each nest, cover and simmer until cooked. (approximately 5 minutes).
- Step 3 At this time, chop the Parmesan on a fine grater - it will simulate the sawdust in the nest.
- Step 4 When the pasta is cooked, gently, place it on the plate with a squirt.
