Form the dough into a bowl, sprinkle with flour, squeeze a little, wrap it in a food film and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour-hour. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Simultaneously, we wash the almonds and dip it into the powdered sugar to make the nuts sticky. Then pour the almonds on a baking sheet and put in the oven for 15 minutes until the nuts are golden. We turn them every 2-3 minutes. The main thing is not to overcook the almonds, otherwise there will be bitterness. Roll out the chilled dough and put it in a greased form with a removable bottom. The thickness of the substrate depends only on your taste. The oven without filling is about 15-20 minutes. The main show is here - the dough should brown. When the base is ready, grease it with boiled condensed milk. Top with pre-cut slices of bananas. For cream, whip the cream, add 1 tbsp. a spoon in them coffee and vanilla seeds. The amount of coffee depends on your taste preferences. We decorate the cake with cream and coffee over banana slices. Banofi does not necessarily need to soak.
