- flour - 2 Cups
- baking powder - 2 teaspoons
- soda - 1 teaspoon
- salt - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
- ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
- ground nutmeg - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
- fragrant pepper - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
- eggs - 4 pieces
- white sugar - 2 cups
- vanilla extract - 2 teaspoons
- grated carrots - 2 Cups
- vegetable oil - 11/4 Glass
- a bank of crushed pineapple - 1 piece
- sweetened coconut chips - 1/2 cup
- crushed walnuts - 1 glass
- raisins - 1 glass
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C). Cover the baking dish with food spray. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Set aside. In a separate large bowl, mix the eggs, sugar and vanilla by hand. Add the butter, stir, the mixture should resemble a pudding. Gradually add the dry ingredients, then add the carrots, pineapple, walnuts and raisins. Pour the dough into the prepared form and distribute it evenly. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes in a preheated oven, or until the small knife comes out clean.
