Preparing puffs at home In eastern desserts, they love the custard "muglia". Its only difference from our cream is the amount of sugar and rose water, but not always. I suggest you bake puffs with this cream, but very small. They come out very much and they are almost one or two bites, which is very convenient. The cream does not flow during baking .. or just a little bit. Perfect treat for your family.
