- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Vanillin - 1/4 Teaspoons
- Flour - 1 Glass
- Butter - 50 Grams (can be replaced with margarine)
- Irga - 1 glass
Preparing the pie from irgi is very simple. I do not have step-by-step photos, that's why I share a simple recipe. 1. Separate the yolks from proteins. Protein whipped with a pinch of salt and a half of sugar, yolks weighed into a foam with half a sugar and vanillin. Then we connect one mass with another, add here starch, flour and baking powder. Be careful, with a spoon we mix all this mass. If you whip with a blender or a mixer - nothing will work, just a spoon. 2. Add the melted butter to the resulting dough, again stir until homogeneous. 3. Pour the resulting dough into a baking dish, which is pre-lubricated with oil and sprinkled with flour. From above on the dough we spread berries. 4. We put the cake in a preheated to 180 degree oven and bake for about 40-50 minutes. 5. Slightly cool the baked pie, sprinkle with powdered sugar. We serve the table at room temperature. Bon Appetit :)
