Soy sauce and curry for chicken Soy sauce and curry are popular ingredients for cooking chicken in the East Asian style. And I fell in love with this combination for marinating chicken meat before grilling (although, in the oven bake or fry it just in a pan it turns out too delicious). Curry is usually used as a ready-made ground mixture, but you can also choose a composition to taste, where the main ingredients are turmeric, coriander, cardamom, black, fragrant, red and other peppers, cinnamon, cloves and fragrant seeds and herbs. I like to add more turmeric for color and cinnamon for spice, but this is a matter of personal taste. For the successful preparation of dishes such as shish kebab, as well as meat, poultry or fish on the grill, firewood and coals are of great importance. Try to use birch logs and coals. If you are in no hurry, then give the large birch logs completely burned out, break them into different sized pieces and cook over these hot coals. If you want to start cooking quickly, then the coal is ready to help, it's enough to let the branches or thin logs get burned, then pour out the coal on them, give it a burn and then fry.
Ingredients:- Chicken drumstick 4 pcs.
- Soy sauce 50 ml
- Curry 2 tsp.
- Step 1 To prepare this dish you need chicken thigh, soy sauce and curry.
- Step 2 For the marinade, combine and mix the soy sauce and curry.
- Step 3 Then put whole chicken thighs or cut into shins and thighs into the marinade.
- Step 4 It is convenient to shake the chicken meat for even marinating and transport it to a picnic in an airtight container. It takes about 30 minutes for marinating, but it can be longer, that is, as long as you need for the road and preparation of the grill.
- Step 5 Fix the chicken legs in the grill and cook them over the coals.
- Step 6 To ensure that the meat is not dry, not burnt and at the same time it is well fully fried, it is necessary to constantly turn the grate one or the other side.
- Step 7 When punctured chicken thighs, a transparent juice without blood is excreted.
