- Irga - 1 Kilogram
- Sugar - 1 Kilogram
- Water - 1 glass
- Citric Acid - 1/2 Teaspoon
To begin with, we sort out and thoroughly rinse the berries. We let them dry out. Trivial way to prepare syrup - add sugar to the water and cook until the sugar dissolves completely. When the syrup boils, we add the Irg. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and cook for another 10-15 minutes. For complete readiness, this is enough. For a couple of minutes before the end of cooking, add citric acid, mix thoroughly. Then remove from heat and cool the jam, putting it in a cool place for 1 hour. Chilled jam is poured over sterilized jars, closed with lids. Jam from Irgi is ready for storage :)
