Cake with oranges and yogurt

In a food processor combine almonds, sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Add flour, stir. Add butter and whisk until the mixture is crumbly. Put the dough in a mold with a removable bottom. Allow to cool for 15 minutes. The dough can be covered and frozen for up to 1 month. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Bake until golden brown, from 30 to 35 minutes. Let cool on the grill for 10 minutes, then remove the cake from the mold and allow to cool completely. In a small bowl, pour gelatin with 2 tablespoons of cold water and allow to stand for 5 minutes. In a small saucepan, heat the mixture of drinks. When it starts to evaporate, add the gelatin and mix until completely dissolved, about 1 minute. In a small bowl, whip the yogurt, brown sugar and a pinch of salt. Add a warm mixture from the pan to the yoghurt mixture.
