When the oil becomes hot, break the eggs into the pan, trying not to damage the yolk shells. Cook for 30 seconds, then reduce the heat to medium and fry for another 1 minute, while tilting the frying pan in different directions and watering the eggs with hot fat. Put the eggs on a plate and serve immediately.
