By tradition, we start by checking the ingredients - have not we forgotten anything in a hurry? :) Tuna and olives are ground in a blender with the addition of olive oil. There should be a paste, which we will spread on salmon. Roll out the puff pastry, put it on a baking tray. In the center we lay a loin of salmon (naturally, without skin). On the salmon we spread the pasta made of tuna and olives prepared by us. Then we spread on the dough plates with sliced tomatoes, basil leaves and small pieces of mozzarella. Solim, pepper and roll the edge of the dough so that a full-fledged cake is formed. Lubricate the dough with a beaten egg. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Done! :)
