1. Choose the ripe and sweetest papaya. Cut it along, remove seeds and fibers. 2. With a large spoon, scrape all the pulp to the papaya peel, folding it into a separate bowl. 3. Put the papaya pulp in a blender, make a mashed potato. There, pour in lemon juice, milk and whipped cream. Stir again. 4. The resulting mass of an even layer lay on the finished cake, make the surface as smooth as possible. 5. Place the cake for 6 hours or overnight in the fridge. 10 minutes before serving, remove from the refrigerator, cut into portions and decorate with a spoonful of whipped cream.
