1. Make the dough. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Line the baking tray with parchment paper. With a rubber spatula or fork, mix melted butter, sugar and vanilla extract in a medium bowl. Add the flour and salt and mix until homogeneous. Put the dough on a prepared baking tray and evenly press the pads of the fingers against the surface. Bake until golden brown, about 18 minutes. Put the dough on a rack and allow to cool. Maintain the temperature of the oven. Take the bones out of the cherry. 2. Make the stuffing. Cut the butter into cubes. Heat the oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat until it turns into a hazel color, often stirring and carefully following it, about 6 minutes. Immediately pour the brown oil into a measuring cup and allow to cool slightly. Beat up sugar, eggs and salt in a medium bowl with a mixer. Add flour, vanilla extract and whisk until smooth. Gradually whip with a brown oil whisk. 3. Put the cherry on the chilled dough. 4. Thoroughly pour with brown oil on top. Bake for about 40 minutes. 5. Allow to cool on the counter and cut into squares with a very sharp knife. Cakes can be cooked one day ahead and stored at room temperature, more days - in the refrigerator.
