Cannelloni is a kind of Italian pasta, in the form of tubes. The diameter of these tubes is about 2-3 cm. Cannelloni also have one more name - manicotti. These names are used everywhere, regardless of language. Everywhere they will sound the same. But the more correct name for these macaroni is manicotti, because from Italian it means a sleeve, just like a tube. This paste is designed to fill it with stuffing. In the traditional cannelloni stuffed with meat with cheese, meat with spinach, with mushrooms. But there are also unconventional fillings, which the landladies have already devised. Usually Cannelloni is filled with tomato sauce or bechamel sauce, and cooked in the oven. This Italian dish is not only delicious, but it looks very beautiful, so you can easily present it to a holiday, guests will be beaten.
Ingredients:- Garlic 1 pc.
- Ricotta cheese 500g
- Mozzarella cheese 200g
- Tomato sauce 1 pc.
- Salt 1 tsp.
- Tomatoes 4 pcs.
- Parsley fresh 1 g
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp.
- Salami Salami 400 g
- Cannelloni 500 g
- Mushrooms, white 200 g
- Step 1 First, make the sauce. Mix the tomato sauce, tomatoes, salt and pepper in a large saucepan. Bring the resulting mixture to a boil.
- Step 2 In a frying pan fry the sliced sausages until brown, pour the chopped mushrooms and garlic. All mix well and hold on a small fire for about 15-20 minutes.
- Step 3 If required by instructions on the package, soak your cannelloni in hot water for 5-7 minutes.
- Step 4 Next, take the ricotta and mix with the sausages and mushrooms. Add fresh parsley and mix well.
- Step 5 Next, stuff the cannelloni as shown in the photo.
- Step 6 Pour a small layer of sauce into the mold, gently line the cannelloni, pour the rest of the sauce and sprinkle everything with mazarella and parsley.
- Step 7 Bake the dish in the oven for about 40 minutes, at a temperature of 180 degrees. Juicy paste cannelloni is ready for use.
