If you do not accept tomato peel in the dishes, before cutting it is possible to remove the skin from tomatoes, making cross-cuts on vegetables and dipping into boiling water for a few seconds - the skin is easily cleaned.
Ingredients:- Veal 300 g
- Sweet pepper 200 g
- Tomatoes 250 g
- Mixture of Italian herbs 2 g
- Salt 3 g
- Fresh dill 10 g
- Step 1 Prepare the necessary products: a piece of veal, tomatoes, sweet peppers and spices.
- Step 2 Cut the meat into longitudinal long pieces across the fibers. Pepper and tomatoes to wash, remove the peduncles, to remove the pepper seeds. Cut the pepper into small pieces, tomatoes - slices.
