Homemade cappuccino Cappuccino is a drink made up of espresso, to which milk and milky foam is added. According to one version, the name of the drink came from the monastic Order of Capuchins, because the color of their cassocks is very similar to the color of the drink. Often the finished drink is sprinkled with spices, sugar, chocolate. If the milk foam on top decorate the coffee - it's called latte-art. Cappuccino is always served with a spoon - first with her help they eat milk foam, and then they are already drinking coffee.
Ingredients:- Freshly ground coffee 1 tsp.
