Salo should be taken thin, with a soft skin so that it easily folds into a roll. Such a product can be purchased on the market, in meat departments. Meat can be taken any - veal, pork, beef, meat from the ham. The thread for binding the roll is needed dense, the thin will crash into the tender fat. The cooking package took an ordinary, thin "T-shirt".
Ingredients:- Fat is fresh 800 g
- Veal 100 g
- Carrot 1 pc.
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Salt 20 g
- Mixture of peppers 5g
- Dill dry 5 g
- Bay leaf 2 pcs.
- Pepper black with peas 5 pcs.
- Pepper fragrant 3 pcs.
- Step 1 Prepare the main products: thin fat, small carrots, garlic, veal and spices.
