The Canadian model and actress Carol Alt at 47 years old feels full of energy. Her parameters 89-60-89 turned the head rider Ayrton Senna and hockey player Alexei Yashin. The first taught Carol to drive sports cars, the second (less than 13 years old) tries to wean her, worrying about her health. Save the perfect shape of the model of health Carol Alt helped by the "raw diet".
How did your parents feed you?
My mother usually cooked stew with noodles, spaghetti, hot dogs, and sometimes just warmed frozen convenience foods. Before I became a model at the age of 19, my weight was 75 kilograms. Before the first shootings I was told to lose 7.5 kilos in three weeks. I began to starve and quickly achieved the desired result.
Starvation somehow affected your health?
In the 90's I had a bad mood, indigestion, headache and terrible fatigue. To fall asleep, I took a night's medicine for colds, and in the morning I drank coffee. The only source of energy for me was sugar.
How did you find out about raw food?
I told one friend about my condition, and he advised me to see a specialist in raw food.

What did this doctor advise you?
He told me to eat only raw food, like vegetables and salads, and forbade, there is a lot of sugar. A week later, there were headaches and abdominal pains, and within a month I was overwhelmed with energy. After a while I gave up cereals, and now 95% of my diet is raw food. But I'm not a vegetarian, just eat fish instead of meat - raw or fried outside.

What do you usually eat during the day?
Responds to Carol Alt's health model:
- In the mornings I drink kefir from raw milk (similar to yogurt) with oatmeal (not boiled, and dried), nuts and raisins, washed down with nectar from the agave. To eat, I eat an energy bar (from raw foods) or drink vegetable juice from spinach or cabbage. For lunch I like a salad of fresh cheese, with fresh hummus or guacamole. Supper with fish or a large portion of salad, for dessert - fresh tiramisu, cookies or ice cream from fresh milk. Still I accept vitamins and food additives from green seaweed. I eat as much as I want and at the same time I keep weight 56.5 kg.
Start eating raw foods for breakfast and lunch. Replace your favorite dishes with raw analogs: for example, instead of smoked salmon eat slightly fried, and instead of pasta - finely chopped zucchini or pumpkin. For sandwiches, bread with sprouted cereals can be used. Confess to yourself in your weaknesses, and if you are not able to give up any products, eat them every two weeks. Gradually you can do without them.
