Chamomile from daikon

A piece of daikon is peeled, we give it the shape of a cylinder. Ingredients: Instructions

A piece of daikon is peeled off, we give it the shape of a cylinder - for this it is enough to trim the sharp edges with a vegetable peeler. From the middle to the edge with a knife we make shallow incisions of about 1-2 mm thick. We keep the knife at an angle of 30 degrees to the cut and carefully cut the part of the daikon pulp from two sides. Like this. We cut our workpiece into circles about 5-6 mm thick. Using a small knife, gently carve the daisy petals. Again, using a small knife, give the petals a slightly rounded shape. With the help of a nouazette (special tool for carving), we cut out the core of the carrot in the form of a ball. With a toothpick, we fix the petals from the daikon with the core of the carrot. The resulting composition is sent for a short time to cold water. The bouquet is ready. Beauty, is not it? :)
