A set of ingredients minimalistic - only daikon, cucumber, greens (which one - as you prefer, but add necessarily), soy sauce (optional) and butter. Cucumber and rub on the largest grater directly with the skin. On the same grater we rub the washed daikon. Mix the daikon and the cucumber in the salad bowl together with the juice that has separated out during the grinding process. Now, do not cut too small the available greenery. Greens should be cut rather large, otherwise we will get a creamy paste, and not a salad. We add greens to the salad, fill with soy sauce and sesame oil (in free proportions - to whom as more like it), and it's ready! Eating immediately :)
