- Breadcrumbs 5 tbsp. l.
- Milk 120 ml
- Salt 0.5 tsp.

- Sunflower refined oil 400 ml
- Step 1 To prepare champignons fried in deep fried, we need mushrooms (choose strong, not large, the same size mushrooms), chicken eggs, breadcrumbs, wheat flour, milk, sunflower refined oil, salt, black pepper.
- Step 2 From the hats of champignons remove the skin.
- Step 3 In salted water, boil for a few minutes the mushrooms, take them out and let them cool down a little.
