The walls of the dish are lightly oiled with vegetable oil. We clean and finely chop the onions. We send it to the skillet. We cut the mushroom legs with a blender (you can simply cut it finely). We put it in a frying pan with onion in vegetable oil. Fry the mixture of onions and legs all the time stirring - so faster will take away excess moisture. Salt, pepper and add the spices. We rub cheese. It is possible on a large grater - I like it more, but it's possible on a small one. Mix the grated cheese and onion-mushroom mixture. You can also add finely chopped greens here. Fill the resulting toppings of the mushroom cap. We send the oven to the oven heated to 180-200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
