Pancake on Shrovetide Maslenitsa in full swing, and to celebrate this many favorite holiday, I decided to cook these "salty" pancakes for dinner! This is not exactly classic, or rather not a classic version of pancakes, but nevertheless, very tasty and original! Cheese Gorgonzola melts from the inside when frying, giving an unforgettable aroma (for connoisseurs), and spinach adds freshness and lightness, not to mention the vitamins!
Ingredients:- Kefir 250 ml
- Wheat Flour 150 g
- Gorgonzola cheese 100 g
- Parmesan cheese 20 g
- Eggs chicken 2 pcs.
- Baking Powder 1g
- Spinach frozen 200 g
- Salt 1 pinch
- Step 1 You will need flour, kefir, spinach, eggs, Gorgonzola cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt and baking powder.
- Step 2 Sift the flour and baking powder and mix.
- Step 3 Add the grated Parmesan cheese and mix. Please salt.
- Step 4 Whisk the eggs with kefir in a separate bowl.
- Step 5 If you are using fresh spinach, then prepare it by following the tips. If spinach is frozen, then defrost it and squeeze it well. Chop into small pieces
- Step 6 Mix the liquid mixture with a dry, slightly stirring.
- Step 7 Add spinach and chopped Gorgonzola cheese.
- Step 8 Mix a little, just to combine all the components.
- Step 9 Grease the frying pan and lay a couple of spoons of dough.
- Step 10 Roast for 2-3 minutes, turn over and fry for a few minutes on the other side.
- Step 11 Serve hot with sour cream. Pancakes can also be frozen.
