- Fresh cabbage - 400 Grams
- Radish - 300 Grams
- Parsley greens - 30 Grams
- Vegetable oil - 2 items. spoons
- Salt - 2-3 Pinch (to taste)
Finely shred cabbage. A little salted and remember that it was a little bit softer. Radish mine and cut into thin rings or semirings - depending on the size. Parsley is mine and finely chopped. Mix all ingredients for salad, salt and pour with vegetable oil.
