In the flour mixture add the cooled to room temperature butter. We rub into a crumb. Whisk egg whites until the consistency of soft foam (but in no case to peaks!). Add the whipped proteins to the flour mixture. Stir and leave the dough for 2 hours at room temperature. We distribute the ready dough on the lubricated butter for the finance forms (see photo), filling the molds by about 3/4. In the center of each cake we press a raspberry berry.
