- Cottage cheese - 350 Grams

- Sugar powder - 2 items. spoons

- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon
- Sol - 1 Pinch
- Yogurt - 4 Art. spoons (for sauce)
- Jam - 2 items. spoons (for sauce)
In a bowl, mix eggs, cottage cheese, sugar powder and vanilla essence. Mix to homogeneity. Mix flour, salt and baking powder. Sift the flour mixture into curd. Again, stir until uniform. In a frying pan, we warm up the vegetable oil. Spread our dough in small frying pan. Fry the syrniki on one side until they are covered with a ruddy crust. Turn, fry until crust on the other side. Ready-made syrniki spread on a paper towel, which will absorb excess fat. In the meantime, quickly cook the sauce. To do this, mix yoghurt and jam in the bowl. And a good mix.
