Go through the beans and soak in cold water overnight. Drain off the water, wash the beans and, filling the bay with fresh water, boil until cooked. Transfer the beans to a colander, preserve the broth. Onion and garlic clean and through a meat grinder to skip along with walnuts. Wash the cilantro, dry and chop. Mix beans, hazelnut paste and coriander, season with salt and pepper to taste. If the lobio is very thick, pour a few spoonfuls of broth from the beans.
