To cook cheesecake I was taught by a friend who worked for some time in Germany as a cook. It turned out that there are no special devices for this process, and it is not difficult to prepare a cheesecake, it can even be done with a microwave oven. The main trouble that can occur is that our finished product can crack during "ripening". But it's not at all intolerable - this defect can be masked by berries, but this taste will not affect the taste in any way. So - we read and remember how to make a cheesecake in a microwave oven. 1. Finely chop the cookies. I do it with a rolling pin. 2. Mix the crumb with the butter and spread the mixture on the bottom of the microwave mold. 3. Whisk the sour cream and cream cheese with a mixer at a low speed. Do not whip to the state of foam - we only need to mix thoroughly until homogeneity. 4. Add the eggs and sugar powder to the mixture, whisk. 5. Introduce the orange juice gently mix. 6. On top of the basis of the cookie we spread the whipped tender mass. 7. We put in the microwave for 2-3 minutes and cook at a power of 650-700 watts. As soon as the center of our dessert goes bubbles - take out. 8. Cool to room temperature and with a sharp thin knife separate the walls of the dessert from the walls of the dishes. We put in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. 9. We decorate with berries or chocolate and serve to the table. That's all! Guests are delighted, the hostess is happy :) I hope that a simple cheesecake recipe in a microwave oven will come in handy.
