- cottage cheese - 250 Grams
- margarine - 125 Grams
- eggs - 3 pieces
- flour - 10 st. spoons
- sugar - 2 cups
- soda - 1 teaspoon
- butter - 1 Piece
Rub cottage cheese with eggs and 1 glass of sugar. Add half a teaspoon of soda, extinguished in vinegar. Grind flour with margarine and sugar. Add the remaining 1/2 teaspoon of soda, extinguished in the vinegar. Cover the baking dish with a butter. Lay half the flour mixture on the bottom of the mold. On top, lay the cottage cheese and sprinkle it with the remaining margarine-flour composition. Heat the oven. Bake for 20 minutes.
